LATE - ARRIVING 15+ MINUTES AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED LATE AND WILL NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED. DUE TO THE DEMAND ON TIME, A LATE FEE OF 50% OF THE BOOKED SERVICE IS DUE BEFORE BOOKING A FUTURE APPOINTMENT.

CANCELATION POLICY - PLEASE PROVIDE 3 DAYS NOTICE WHEN CANCELING AN APPOINTMENT. LESS THAN 3 DAYS NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE BOOKED SERVICE AND IS DUE BEFORE BOOKING A FUTURE APPOINTMENT.

NO CALL NO SHOW - IS FAILURE TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT AND/OR FAILURE TO ARRIVE. A NO SHOW FEE OF 100% OF THE BOOKED SERVICE IS DUE BEFORE BOOKING A FUTURE APPOINTMENT. THE TOTAL COST OF THE BOOKED APPOINTMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE, IF THE SERVICE WAS PREPAID IN THE CASE OF A NO CALL NO SHOW.
