You are stardust.
Humans share the same kind of atoms found in the galaxy. Astronomers are able to measure the abundance of the elements of the Earth. They catalogued these 6 major elements and found that they could measure the wavelengths of light that each element emits from within a star.
This means they measured the depth of the darkness versus the bright patches in the star's light and could tell what element the star was made of.
It really is so amazing to know that human bodies share the same elements as cosmic bodies in stars that are stretched throughout the Milky Way.
So next time you are feeling anything less than the beautiful complex creature you are, just remember you're made of stardust.
